prepare exhaustive list with frequency of activity
Plant round for routine checks
Observation of process & maint. Work and suggestion
Finalisation daily power house report including water
Observation and controlling boiler parameters
Uninterrupted power & steam demand to the process.
Maintain the Boiler & Turbine effeciency
Coal plant operation with different combination of coal to minimise steam cost
Manpower aggangement as per availability
Planning for predective maintenance
monitoring of electrical load & its distribution as per operational demand
Monitoring of house keeping
Analysis of variance in costing figures and there remedies.
Boiler efficiency calculation sheet
Coal consumption and water Distribution report
Actual and approval budget for the month
MIS report
Meeting with dept Executive-Workmen & Utility Dept related other dept persons
Safety, Energy& TQM etc. Meeting
And any other task given by the management at any time
