Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicating Client Image and Products/Services to target audience using social media platforms and and customers own digital assets like website, blogs etc.
Participate in existing groups and communities relevant to the brand , create new communities , Focus on Organic Growth.
Develop Creative Designs for communication over the social media . Follow trendsetters on the customers domain to improve our connections and consumer understanding.
Handle Review Websites, Forums by constantly updating all reviews. Responding to customer complaints, review suggestions in coordination with customer
Developing and delivering reports on brand performance on social media analytics to improve social media campaigns and marketing strategy.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Coordinate with Partners to execute campaigns on behalf of customers.
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in B.A/BBM/B.Com/ B.Sc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Understand the pulse of the client and align it to that of the domain / industry
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
