We develop cloud-based (Saas) Source-to-Pay Solutions for large global enterprises and have successfully deployed about 2000 solutions to over 1000 Global clients. Job Description:

• Grow and develop Zycus's customer base through user groups, customer advocacyprogram, social media channels and online community.
• Drive usage and adoption of our products through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Monitor trends and best practices in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Grow & evangelize our customer programs internally with Sales, other marketing groups, Product Management and Customer Success.
• identify new opportunities for us to develop user- generated content.
• Analyze campaigns and share quarterly recommendations for revising and improving our strategy.
• Qualified leads and pipeline from online and offline programs.
• Optimizing customer engagement metrics (open rates, attend rates, social participation)
• Number of customer assets (stories, videos, presentations) delivered.
• Quantity of customer participating in online and in person advocacy opportunities
• Liaising with Agencies, and in house editorial teams to develop content and design for the client and marketing led supplements, and advertorials.
• Conceptualizing and executing on ground events.
