Job Description :
SUMMARY
Provide prompt and accurate technical support, application and software deployments, training documenting, and product releases while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree
5 plus years experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Appian platform
5 plus years experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting MuleSoft platform
Required Knowledge and Experience
Appian support experience
MuleSoft support experience
Operational experience with Change, Incident, and Request Management
Experience in trouble shooting and performance tuning of Appian services
Experience in configuring and supporting MuleSoft integrations with Appian, Databases, and WebLogic SOA/OSB services
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a project-based environment with tight dead-lines
Customer focused with dedication to customer satisfaction
Experience with best practice methodologies such as ITIL
Having knowledge on SQL/DB Activities
As part of the Support admin team, provide 24/7 on call support for the various enterprise systems as needed
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
ITIL 3 Certification
Oracle WebLogic Fusion Middleware 11g and 12c support experience
PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND ACTIVITIES
All necessary Validation documentation for the Appian deployments
Support training documentation and peer-to-peer training of support staff
Environment deployments for Dev/Test/Production environments
Release documentation and perform release activities
Post-release support
Production support, including off-hours as needed to ensure service availability
Advanced troubleshooting of Production and non-production issues
Performance analysis and tuning of services
Detailed Monitoring Plan for all Production Servers, Systems, and Services
