The role will be HR Generalist Responsible for entire recruitment process of the assigned area Responsible for Onboarding initiatives of the region. Responsible for employee communication initiatives , redressal forum of the region Undertake frequent branch visits to ensure connect with employees Support Regional Managers in employee retention and recognition plans Ascertain Training & Development programs for the region and coordinate with Learning Centre of Excellence for delivering those programs Responsible for maintaining end to end Performance Management System for the region Ensure compliance to Organizational Polices and regional labor laws Job requires extensive travelling within the region and incumbent is required to own two wheeler and valid driving license.
