Job Description
Telemarketing Executive Job Duties:

€Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products (Website) and services
€Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
€Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
€Up sells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services
€Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
€Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
€Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
€Monitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner
€May specialize in telemarketing for a web based industry.

Business Development Manager€™s Job Duties:
€Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call (may be chat sometimes) on existing or new potential clients and other team members from aboard.
€Bidding and calls for new projects to grow company€™s sales.
€Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of Clients & Projects.
€Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, work schedules, execution techniques, etc.
€Recommends changes in products (Websites), service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
€Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
€Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
€Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Telemarketing Skills and Qualifications :
Formal Training not Required, Marketing and Sales Skills, Verbal Communication, Telephone Skills, Interpersonal Communication, Customer Service Skills, Attention to Detail, Ability to Track Leads, Accuracy, Patience, Motivation, High Energy, Ability to Meet Goals, Data Entry, Product Knowledge, Organisation.

BDM Skills and Qualifications:
New Business Development, Bidding Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
