Salary - Based on Experience and Current CTC ( 15 to 28/- Per Month )Qualification - MBA/ Graduation .Experience - Minimum 1 to 3 Years experience in FMCG Sales .Job Description - (Business Development Executive )A Business Development Executive will have the following primary responsibilities: 1.Identify new sales leads in assigned territory2.Pitching products and/or services to all potential clients in assigned territory 3.Achieve monthly sales targets as per targets given by Seniors/Manager 4.Arranging a Demonstration for our Technical Team to showcase the results of our products to clients 5.Reaching out to customers to take feedback of technical demo done and generate business 6.Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and making sure that all product deliveries are managed timely7.To ensure that client is always satisfied with the product and services of the company 8.Researching Salons and new clients through day to day market visits 9.Taking help of the Distributors and Senior Managers to identify and reach out to prospective buyers10.Generating lead through networking, Internet and social media. Other than primary roles, BDE is expected contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings 11.Maintain regular coordination with active clients in the defined territory and ensure that there are no communication gaps between clients and company. 12.Ensure smooth relationship between clients and company 13.On the closing day of the month, the BDE will collect all invoices of the business generated by him along with details of schemes booked in the month and duly signed by clients 14.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness Reporting: BDE are obligated to write reports and provide feedback to their superior / upper management about their day to day activity and update them on Whats working and Whats not working.
