Job Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore
Permanent role with Fitpass (https://fitpass.co.in)
Salary: 1.8L to 2.4L/annum
Notice Period: Immediate Only

Who we€™re looking for:
  • Bachelors degree in Business is preferred
  • 0-3 years of work experience. Fresher can apply with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and a functional knowledge of Hindi
  • Great understanding of the product
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the drive to achieve targets
  • Comfortable travelling within the city Ability to thrive in a highly-charged environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Hustler

Here€™s what you€™ll do day-to-day:
  • A field intensive role where you need to identifying key players in the industry through extensive market research and convert them into FITPASS partners
  • Imparting necessary training to partnered fitness studios to help them use the CRM system to their maximum advantage
  • Connecting with partnered fitness studios and conducting meetings regularly to maintain longterm relationships and address their concerns
  • Work closely with the Product and Technology team to improve services basis feedback received
  • Working closely with the Branding and Marketing team to increase customer engagement with the brand and with the product
  • Developing strategies for the expansion of FITPASS pan India
