PRACTICAL RESUME TIPS FROM REDDIT DISCUSSIONS
Keep it simple and clear. Recruiters skim quickly, so avoid cluttered designs and overused buzzwords.
Show achievements, not just duties. Numbers and results stand out. Instead of “managed schedules,” say “coordinated 15+ weekly meetings without conflicts.”
Adapt to the role. Tailor your resume to the job description rather than using one generic version for every application.
Proofread like a pro. Typos are one of the most common mistakes flagged in Reddit resume threads.
