The placement procedure of Aon Hewitt is as follows :
1. Written Test : It contains 60 questions and the duration of the test is 60 minutes. The written test contains the questions on the following subjets.

Numerical Reasoning
Analytical Reasoning
Core Domain Assessment
2. Group Discussion : A topic is given to all the groups. All the candidates have to speak there views. This test is conducted to test the communications and English speaking skills of the candidates.
3. Technical Interview : In this round, the interviewer mainly asks questions related to technical aspect and your field of work. To clear this round, you should have basic technical knowledge of your work field mentioned in your resume.
4. HR Interview : this is the last round of Aon Hewitt placement. The HR will ask you general questions like your brief introduction, your family, your education, your specialisations, your skills, salary etc.
