WB Police SI, Sergeant 2023: West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) has released the admit card of Kolkata Police Preliminary Examination 2023. The board has also issued a notice and guidelines regarding the examination.
WB Police SI Admit Card 2023: West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) has released the admit card of Kolkata Police Preliminary Examination 2023. This recruitment examination is being conducted to fill Sub Inspector/Sub Inspector (Unarmed Branch), Sub Inspector (Armed Branch) and Sergeant posts. Candidates who have applied for Kolkata Police Recruitment Exam can download their admit card from WB official website wbpolice.gov.in. To download West Bengal Police SI Hall Ticket, candidates have to use login credentials like application number and date of birth. Candidates will have to carry valid ID proof along with the admit card to the exam hall. Sub Inspector and Sergeant 2023 recruitment exam in Kolkata Police is scheduled to be held on 28 January 2024. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 309 Sub-Inspector/Sub-Inspector posts.
Board's notice and guidelines
WBPRB said in its official notice, 'Candidates will have to carry the original ID proof along with their e-admit card to participate in the examination.' Without admit card and valid identity card, candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. Along with this, the board has also issued guidelines for the examination. In this, candidates have been advised not to carry mobile phone, Bluetooth, portable scanner, digital wrist watch, calculator or any other item to the examination centre. Wearing high heel shoes is also prohibited during the examination.
200 marks exam
WB Police Recruitment 2023 Preliminary Exam The exam will be conducted on Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) based Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) questions or Computer Based Test (CBT) depending on the number of candidates. This exam will be of 90 minutes. In this, 50 questions for 100 marks will be asked from General Studies, 25 questions for 50 marks from Numerical and Mental Ability Test, 25 questions for 50 marks from Logical and Analytical Reasoning.
