Job Description:
Searching profiles as per client requirement via jobs portals, social media, internet database, references etc
Screening, short listing and scheduling interview as per client requirement
Responsible for end to end recruitment process
Coordinating with clients for feedback and Job Description
Taking necessary follow ups with candidates till joining
Salary:
Rs.8,000 to Rs.10,000 per month plus incentives
Shift Timing:
10 AM to 7 PM, Sunday Fixed off
Qualification & Experience:
Any Undergraduates, Graduates, MBA except B.E / B .tech / MCA / BCA / ITI Diploma
Fresher/Experienced both can apply
Desired Skills:
Must have fluent English with minimal grammar and pronunciation error.
Able to make at least 90-100 calls a day as per requirement
Knowledge of MS-Office and email writing
