List of the responsibilities and duties of this job:-
Candidate will be working on client CRM with live orders.
Agent must take care of calling on all the orders allocated to him for the day
Must ensure all the necessary procedures and protocols are followed.
Must ensure one call resolution (OCR).
Must ensure the work discussed on the call be done after the call.
Make detailed and understandable notes on the order.
Must dispose the order in appropriate way to another team for follow up.
Designation : CSR
Communication: Excellent comms, no MTI and good command over grammar & pronunciations.
Experience : 1-5 years (US voice process)
Shift : Fixed US shift
Week Off : Fixed Sat-Sun
Location : BundGardan (Pune)
Shift Time : 6 pm to 3 am
Candidates should have following for WFH:-
1.Laptop/Desktop with Windows 10 and Antivirus
3. Internet connection
