Tech in Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems/ Renewable Energy Sources / Control System/ Instrumentation & Control / Power Electronics / Electric Drives with a minimum of First Class (C.P.I. or C.G.P.A. greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at Bachelor's or Master's level. Qualified GATE score or equivalent national level exam in past. M.E/M.Tech pursuing students can apply.

Salary :  Rs. 31000 per month + 20% HRA as per rule (first two years); Rs. 35000 per month + 20% HRA as per rule (after two years). (MHRD and SERB conditions apply)
