Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Full ownership of video creation: From ideation to final execution.
2. Research and strategy: Study trends and competitors to craft viral angles.
3. Hook-based editing: Create attention-grabbing ads in the first 3 seconds.
4. UGC and problem-solution approach: Integrate storytelling that converts.
5. A/B testing and performance tracking: Analyze what works and optimize ads.
6. Collaboration: Work with scriptwriters, editors, and voice-over artists as needed.
7. Scaling potential: If you prove your skills, you’ll lead a dedicated team under you.
