Essential :-

1. Graduate with minimum 50 % marks or equivalent grade point average from a recognized University with relevant experience of at least three years in the pay level-4 and above or equivalent (as per

7 CPC) in the Central Govt. /State Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/

Public Sector Undertakings.

1. Working Knowledge of Hindi and English.

Note: Those applicants having Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade point average in Management in regular course / Law in regular course from a recognized University or Chartered Accountant will be given relaxation in the aforesaid three years of experience.

Desirable:-

Diploma/certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application/ Office Management/Secretarial Practice/Financial Management.

Maximum Age Limit: 40 years

Essential:-

1. Graduate with Diploma in Library Science/Bachelor of Library Science/Library and Information Science from a Government recognized Institution.

or

Graduate with Two Years Experience in a University Library/College Library/Research Library

1. Minimum speed of 30/25 w.p.m in English/Hindi typing on Computer
2. Working Knowledge of Hindi and English.

1. One Year Computer Course from Recognized Institution.
