New Business development/Key Account Management- Retail & wholesale
Hard core sales profile.
90% mobility in 1st year and 50% lesser with following years
Direct sales with domain of Retail/textile/Publication house Uniform products
Bachelor form reputed college/University
Must be Familiar with Export house/ Buying house and Buying Agents
Minimum 5 years of experience (Textile, Uniform, Hosiery background only) with good knowledge about Market, Product and competition
Full Time graduate Any stream
Age Between 30 to 35 years
Excellent communication skills required
Good decent personality
Having up-to-date knowledge on competitors' pricing, products and strategies.
Making plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets accordingly.
Meeting new and existing leads.
Follow up with client on submitted offers, negotiate and close the order in line with company policies.
Provide necessary reports and information as required by management from time to time.
Gather market intelligence in terms of competitor pricing & strategy.
Help management strategize the marketing plans & Sales forecast for maximum profitability based on the prevailing market scenario & gathered market intelligence.
Achieving the Sales quarterly & annually as per the forecast shared with management.
Proper tracking of sales pipeline, awarded tenders, upcoming project etc. for new acquisitions & sales opportunities.
Experience working in high end sales/channel role.
Have significant strategic account and territory management experience.
Previous experience of excelling in a channel management role with service partners and preferably in the security & surveillance industry.
Solid work experience in Marketing, Channels and Partner Program development.
Shall be responsible for generation Purchase orders, Challan, quotations etc.
Shall be able to make correct and fast cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Shall be responsible for all communication via Emails, messages and social media applications.
Shall be responsible for preparing various kinds of report as per the Company Policy and requirement of the business unit.
Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
Fixed 35k-40K as Fixed salary- Based on eligible candidate credentials
Performance Incentive 0.5 to 1% of Total Sales with no upper capping
2-3 year of mandatory Bond
Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance to be paid as per company policy.
Life Insurance and Health cover policy to be given to employee as per company policy on confirmation.
