Assistant Professor (except Music)

Qualification :

1. Good Academic record as defined by the University with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR.

Assistant Professor (Music)

Qualification :

1. Good Academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level, in the relevant subject or an equivalent degree from an Indian I Foreign University.

2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR. OR A traditional or professional artist with a highly commendable professional achievement in the subject concerned, who should have:

(a) Studied under noted I reputed traditional masters and has thorough knowledge to explain the subject concerned;

(b) A high grade artist of AIR/TV; and

(c) Ability to explain the logical reasoning of the subject concerned and adequate knowledge to teach theory with ii lustrations in that discipline.

Pay Scale : Rs.57, 700 per month in the pay matrix Academic level 10 under 7th CPC

Selection Process : On the basis of Interview.
