1. Engineer – Telecom
Educational and other qualification: B.E/ B. Tech in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication / Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in the field of Electronics/ Telecom, OSP/ISP works having knowledge of supervision, installation, testing, operation & execution of various projects in the relevant field. The Candidate must be well versed with basis of FTTH Technology including FTTH Systems. He must have experience of planning, design, provision and documentation of FTTH/ OFC. The candidate must have good decision making, analytical and problem solving abilities. Strong communication and writing skills. Must be fluent in English language speaking, reading and writing.

2. Telecom Technician
Educational & Experience Qualification: Must hold High School Certificate (12 Years of Schooling) or equivalent and must have ITI holder in electronics and communication or telecommunication or related area. Must have Diploma / Degree in Electronics and Communications / Audio Visual Systems./Telecommunications. Must have basic computer knowledge. Must have gained at least five (5) years of experience in the respective fields. Must be capable of understanding and follow through on technical instructions from Company staff in English. Must have the knowledge to support: ‘Wireless Technologies’ - Installation and Maintenance of Wireless/Radio Communication equipment like Base Stations, Portable Radios, Fixed Radios and Point to Point Communication equipment in the VHF, UHF and Microwave bands. ‘Wired technologies’ - Installation and Maintenance of Telephony, Intercom Systems, Sound Systems, Plant Paging and Public Address systems. ‘Telephony’ - Installation and Maintenance of Telephony (Analog and IP based),Intercom Systems, Sound Systems, Teleconferencing equipment and Audio/Visual equipment. ‘Infrastructure’ – Installation and Maintenance of OTN, Microwave, SDH, and ‘DWDM’ systems. Testing and Installation of Fiber Optic & Copper Cables. Must have experience of at least 3 years in Audio Visual Systems like Amplifiers, Speakers, Mixers, Controllers, Switchers, Panels etc.

3. Telecom Technician Cable Jointer (Fiber optic and copper cable)
Educational & Experience Qualification: Must have Diploma holder and over 5 years work experience in the Oil and Petrol Chemical industries Cable Splicer Tasks. Inspect and test lines or cables, analyze results, and evaluate transmission characteristics. Cover conductors with insulation or seal splices with moisture-proof covering. Install, splice, test, and repair cables using tools or mechanical equipment. Splices overhead, underground, or submarine multiple-conductor cables used in telephone and LAN / WAN systems. Tests each conductor to identify corresponding conductors in adjoining cable sections, according to electrical diagrams and specifications, to prevent incorrect connections between individual communication circuits. May work on board marine craft when splicing underwater cable and be designated Jointer, Submarine Cable. Knowledge of all telecommunication cable termination work like Coper cable, Cat6 network cable Public address cable, fiber optic, Cat6A, etc... Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be available to work any shift. The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight(s) Work Conditions Outside; exposed to all types of weather conditions. Must have the knowledge to properly use an OTDR machine and export the result to a PC as per Company standards

4. Telecom Civil / Construction Supervisor
Educational Qualification: Must be able to work a variety of shifts Some overnight travel will be required; Daily travel to jobsite will be required Must be physically fit: Walk through job site carrying tools, equipment, materials, etc. Work indoor or outdoor under variable environmental conditionsMust keep supervisor informed of job progress and issues. Must have knowledge and skill in the proper use of hand and power tools. Excellent knowledge both theoretical and practical of communications Hand hole and Manhole fabrication, pit and pipe works in indoor and outdoor Plant area. High level of knowledge and understanding of HSE rules including the ability to fill out all required forms and permits, conduct Pre Start and Tool Box meetings, HSE and Quality Audits. Excellent communications skills and the ability to direct your teams. Must be able to handle fiber optic related jobs such as splicing and testing. Must have a valid Kuwaiti driving license Candidate have completed following training in Oil / Refinery sector: Construction Industry Induction - Mandatory Excavation Authorization /Confined space Experience in civil construction and pit & pipe network – Mandatory. Mechanical /rigging certification for the lifting work. First Aid & current CPR.

5. Light Duty Driver
Educational Qualification: Must be able to understand and speak English and Arabic and follow through instructions. Must have completed at least 10 years of schooling and able to read and write English. Must hold a valid Kuwait Driving License and familiar with all areas of Kuwait.
Experience: To drive Cars of all types, Sedan, Pick-up and Cargo Van. To dispatch mail from one area to another as instructed. Transfer Communication equipment Spare Parts, Test equipment, Cables, Tools etc. Between different KNPC locations i.e. the Refineries, Local Marketing, Head office etc. Collecting faulty Communications sets e.g. Radios, Telephones, Amplifier etc, Item delivery to designated location as instructed by superiors. To purchase consumable spares from the local market. To carry Communication equipment forms the Van to the required location. Performs any other related activities as assigned. Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, air conditioner, etc. Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturers specifications Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage, at end of each month Log maintain in each trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, etc;

Experience: Experience of minimum 3-5 years. Voluntary certification like IOSH & OSHA or NEBOSH is mandatory. Candidate must have problem-solving, creativity, observation and critical thinking skills, ability to interpret regulatory information’s. Familiarized to HSE and Quality rules in Oil Fields.
