Position: Strategic Account Manager - Enterprise / ITES
Experience: 8 - 14 years
Job Location: Pune
Domain: Enterprise or ITES
You will be required to implement DDs growth plans in the identified territory. You primary focus will be on new business while ensuring existing relationships are maintained.
You will be required to understand, appreciate and conform to DDs global sales processes that ensure achievement of critical performance metrics like revenue and gross margin.
You will always keep the client at the center of everything and ensure timely attention to any CSAT issues.
Knowledge of ICT solutions like networking, security, data center, cloud, virtualization, IP telephony, voice, video etc.
Exposure to Total outsourcing (TOS), Transformation & digital services selling will be desired.
Capability to identify and provide solution for a business problem of customer via digital & ICT solutions will be preferred.
Minimum sales experience of 6 years in the above areas
We are looking for sales professionals with account management experience who thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment
Ability to forecast based on quota and deliver based on forecast
Proven and successful track record in delivering monthly quotas
Knowledge of commercial processes in systems integration and transformation business.
This is an Individual contributors role
Take ownership of a range of clients from IT/ ITES segment within the domestic market
Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities for Dimension Data
Transactional selling / Business development activities
Drive passionately for client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients buying process, by taking ownership for the commercial agreement for each client
Self / Job management and resources allocation for clients
Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs (turning clients implied needs into explicit needs), and then effectively articulate how Dimension Data can add value through services and solutions
Achieving key business standards / parameters (revenues and gross margins) for various solutions, set for specific business period
Use Dimension Datas sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast.
Able to use DDs sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast
Knowledge of new Technology Trends of Cloud, Mobility, Data Centers and Virtualization
Proven and successful track record in Business Development and large account management
Knowledge of commercial processes in IT / ITES space
Excellent mapping of CxO level
