Sr Campus Recruiter Jobs

Job Details
The Sr. Campus Recruiter will be an integral part of the India Talent Acquisition team and will help to successfully recruit graduates and interns as per plan and will also actively contribute to the establishment, running and improvement of graduate and intern hiring program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure that an appropriate level of priority is given to the recruiting efforts at assigned universities.
  • Assist with the communication and execution of recruiting strategies and marketing efforts for colleges/universities.
  • Communicate appropriate information related to strategy/key messages regarding campus agenda/event plans to internal
  • Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive on-campus marketing efforts (i.e. information sessions, engagement activities) and overall interviewing efforts (i.e. establish interviewing dates, solicits and schedule interviewers, prepare interviewing materials etc).
  • Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges.
  • Develop consultative relationships with university placement officers to assist in overall insight and activities.
  • Conduct screening interviews as needed.
  • Work to ensure accurate and timely booking for all recruiting and engagement events.
  • Serve as a primary information resource for recruits throughout the interviewing process -- communicates status, answers questions and coordinates the entire process.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks of recruiting systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide feedback to improve, simplify, coordinate and enhance campus recruiting processes and procedures.
  • Travel to multiple locations and universities as business need requires.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelors/MBA degree in Human Resources.
  • 5+ years of experience in Campus recruitment/University relations space.
  • Knowledge of India talent market as related to graduate/intern skill pools.
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and expectations.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and multi task work related to Campus recruitment and campus engagement activities.
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Should be completely open to travel.
