1. Manage and organize billing processes for various client accounts.

2. Assist in coordinating site development and DPR activities.

3. Create and execute emails for respective clients for work-related updates and problem resolutions.

4. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze data for reporting purposes as well as billing.

5. Communicate with clients and internal team members in a clear and concise manner.

6. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all billing and site-related tasks.

7. Contribute creative ideas to enhance overall planning and emailing strategies.
