SIDBI is set up under an Act of Parliament for the promotion, financing, and development of the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in India. Small Industries Development Bank of India has released 100 vacancies for Officers in Grade- A (General Stream) for which the online registration process is to be commenced from 14th December 2022 to 03rd January 2023.

SIDBI Grade A Age Limit (as on 14.12.2022)

The candidates of the age group 21 to 28 years are eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022. Candidates born not earlier than 14.12.1994 and not later than 15.12.2001 [both days including] are only eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022. 

SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

A candidate will be shortlisted for SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager posts upon his/her performance in the selection stages of the SIDBI Grade A Exam 2022. There will be 2 stages for selection followed by Document verification at the time of joining 

Stage 1- Online Test & Descriptive Test

Stage 2- Interview Round

SIDBI Grade A Exam Pattern 2022

1. SIDBI Assistant Manager Exam consists of 4 subjects- Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.

2. There will be a Descriptive Test for 50 marks (Candidates will be required to answer by typing on a computer).

3. The question paper consists of 160 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

4. The time duration of the exam is 2.5 hours (180 minutes).

5. The marking scheme has been discussed in the below table for each section.

6. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.

The candidates must hold any of the below-mentioned degrees to be eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022-

Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering (Preferably Civil or Electrical or Mechanical) / Bachelors’ Degree in Law
Post Graduate Degree in any subject from an Institute / University recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) or Central Government

Salary : ₹ 7000/- Per Month

Education : B.E. / B.Tech ,LLB ,PG Diploma ,Any Graduate
