Maintain and improve CRM and marketing automation functionality to support sales, marketing and business processes
Coordinate integration of Salesforce.com and Marketo with other internal systems with support from CRM Administrator and IT
Train Salesforce.com users
Supervise CRM Administrator
Ensure legal compliance with data-privacy, CANSPAM and other international regulations
Define, implement and maintain best practices around data quality; determine role for 3rd party data sources and scrubbing products
