Strict Adherence of team members to meet the Quality specifications of the Customer to maintain 100% acceptance with ZERO rejections at all times
a)Approving of all Quality Activities & documents
b)Handling of customer complaints and rejections, preparing CAPA Reports (in-house & customer), analysis and Reporting to Top management
c)Preparation of inspection plan for Buckles and Accessories
d)Assisting to production to resolve the NCs at all stages of production
e)Approving of Technical data sheet for Quality related aspects of that Article.
f)Verify & close issues raised during inspection of NPD samples
g)Monitoring of calibrations of Measuring instruments
h)Evaluation of supplier (Buckle)
i)Support the stage wise inspection of the pilot run article.
j)Verifying and monitoring the functioning of QA personnel.
k)Visit to customer on regular basis for Quality review.
l)Identification of Training needs & Evaluation of training for the department peoples.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Should have passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E in Mechanical Engineering with 10-12 years of practical experience in handling Quality department of Leather goods manufacturing industry preferably in watch straps or in any other manufacturing set up, with an attitude of self-driven, result oriented, team leader, good mentor and motivator with expertise knowledge in man management skills. Should Possess knowledge in strategic planning, produce optimum results by using cost effective methods and to drive his team members in the direction of producing best results for the organisation
