Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:



1. Call customers from the given database and pitch gold loan services.

2. Generate gold loan leads by contacting inactive and existing customers and ensuring conversion.

3. Coordinate with branch staff and managers for loan closures.

4. Supervise daily operations in the customer service department.

5. Follow up on interest collection through calls.

6. Manage filing of reports, inter-office memos, and circulars.

7. Follow up on audit irregularities under the branch manager’s direction.

8. Follow up on Non-Performing Accounts (NPA) via calls and in-person visits.

9. Conduct marketing activities near branches to generate leads.

10. Enter interest receipt vouchers (Maker Rights).

11. Enter payment and expense vouchers (Maker Rights).
