We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in machine learning, cloud deployment, and edge analytics. You will develop ML models optimized for both cloud and edge environments, enabling real-time analytics for battery systems while ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
This is an internship-cum employment opportunity.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Algorithm development for battery health analytics using Physics-based models and Machine Learning techniques
2. ML model development: Create and optimize machine learning models for applications like state-of-health (SoH) and state-of-charge (SoC) predictions, anomaly detection, and lifecycle forecasting.
3. Edge analytics: Design lightweight, efficient ML algorithms for deployment on edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson) using frameworks like TensorFlow Lite or PyTorch Mobile.
4. Cloud deployment: Build scalable machine learning pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP, utilizing tools like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Docker containers.
5. Hybrid architecture: Develop solutions that enable seamless data flow between edge devices and cloud platforms, ensuring real-time decision-making and low-latency processing.
6. Performance optimization: Implement model compression techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning) for edge environments while maintaining accuracy and speed.
7. Data processing: Build pipelines for preprocessing and feature engineering on both edge and cloud environments to support ML workflows.
8. Collaboration: Work with hardware engineers, data scientists, and software developers to align ML solutions with system requirements.
