Job Details

Position: Chief Finance Officer

No of Post: 01

Qualifications Essential: He/ She should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience: Fifteen years in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in Banks/ large corporates/ PSUs/ Fls/ Financial services organizations of which 10 years should be in Banks/ Fls (of which five year should be at Senior Management Level i.e AGM/ DGM or equivalent)

Remuneration: The compensation and terms & conditions will be negotiated/ finalized depending upon the suitability of the candidate.

Tenure:

a) The period of engagement shall be initially for a period of three years. Depending upon the need, the period of engagement may be extended for further period of two years as decided by MD & CEO after review of performance. The Bank will be entitled to terminate the contract at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever, by giving 30 days' notice or on payment of one month's fixed component of the compensation in lieu of such notice.

b) In case the appointee desires to terminate the contract before the expiry of the contractual period of three years, he/she will have to give to the Bank clear one month's notice or make payment of one month's fixed component of the compensation in lieu of such notice.

Age Limit: Below 55 years as on 01.04.2022 including all relaxations
