Qualification Details:

All India Radio, Chennai invites applications for engagement of Part Time Correspondents (PTCs), one each for Chengalpattu, Tiruchirapalli, Tenkasi, Tiruppattur, Ranipet and Mayiladuthurai districts, on part time contractual basis as per the Revised Scheme for Engagement of PTCs (available at NSD Website www.newsonair.nic.in).

2. Essential Qualifications:

a. Degree / PG Diploma in Journalism / Mass Media or Graduate with minimum 2 years journalistic experience. 

b. Should reside at the district Headquarters or within a radius of 10 kms. from the District Headquarters/Municipal limit in the District concerned

3. Remuneration: Monthly maximum remuneration will be Rs.8700, including Conveyance and Communication charges and for the District News Letter

24-45 years.
