Assistant Officer: E-0 ₹ 30000 - 3% - 120000
Assistant Manager: E-3 ₹ 60000 - 3% - 180000
Deputy Officer: ₹ 40000 - 3% - 140000
Manager: ₹ 80000 - 3% – 220000
Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Officer (Infrastructure Management):
(1) Post Graduate Degree M.Sc (IT)/ Post Graduate Diploma (of minimum 2 years) in IT field, having minimum 55% marks OR Post Graduate Degree M.Com / M.Sc having minimum 55% marks AND Certification/ Diploma / Specialized course in IT field (minimum duration of 1 year).
(2) Minimum 04 years of hands-on working experience as Non-Executive/ Supervisory level.
Assistant Officer (Application Development):
(1) Post Graduate Degree M.Sc(IT) / Post Graduate Diploma (of minimum 2 years) in IT field, having minimum 55% marks OR Post Graduate Degree M.Com / M.Sc having minimum 55% marks AND Certification/ Diploma / Specialized course in IT field (minimum duration of one year).
(2) Minimum 4 years of hands-on working experience as Non-Executive/ Supervisory level.
Assistant Manager (IT Security):
(1) B.E./B.Tech. in CS/ITORMCA/PGDCA(3 Years)Qualifications should be full time with minimum 60% marks in graduation & post-graduation level, as applicable.
(2) Minimum one year post qualification full time hands-on working experience in Executive level.
Deputy Manager (Disaster Recovery):
(1) MBA/M.E./M.Tech. in (CS/ IT/ E&C/ Electronics)
(2) Minimum four years post qualification full time hands-on working experience in Executive level.
Deputy Officer (Legal):
(1) Graduation in any discipline with LLB (3 years) from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks. (OR) 5-year Integrated Law Course with minimum 55% marks.
(2) Minimum Two years’ experience of working level with Legal Department of a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Financial Institution, State, Central Govt., Judicial, Quasi-Judicial bodies, Tribunals, Commissions, any other entity, autonomous bodies etc.
Deputy Officer (HR):
(1) Any Graduate with minimum Two years diploma in personnel management/ HR.
(2) Minimum Four years’ experience at supervisory/Non-executive level in HR Department of any PSU/ Bank/ Reputed Company in various aspects of Human Resource / Personnel management.
Manager:
(1) CA/CMA and graduation in any stream OR B.Com.or B.Tech.
(2) 2-year MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA course with specialization in Finance.
(3) Minimum 07 years post qualification work experience.
Manager (Rajbhasha):
(1) Post Graduate in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level or vice versa (OR) Post Graduate with Hindi Medium in any subject and English as subject at Graduation level or vice versa.
(2) Minimum 07 years post qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (PR):
(1) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in PR / Mass Communication / Journalism (OR) PG Diploma in Journalism(Radio & TV Journalism).
(2) Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
