Qualification

• Associate Manager (HR & Admin): MBA’s or P.G. Degree / two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognized University/ Institution with 7 (seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent.
• Associate Manager (Finance & Accounts): CA’s / ICWA’s / MBA’s from a recognized Institution / University with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/Institution with 7 (seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent.
• Associate Manager (Materials): CA’s / ICWA’s / MBA’s from a recognized Institution / University with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/Institution with 7 (seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent.
• Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: CHPL/ ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. Aircraft Engineer with AME license endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. Should be a Helicopter Pilot/ Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with safety experience with or without flying/ medical category. Engineering Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognized University with safety experience.
• Chief Aviation Security Officer: Candidates should have completed Post Graduation from a recognized University/ Institution with a valid AVSEC instructor certificate.

Salary Details

• Associate Manager (HR & Admin): Rs. 70000 – 200000/- per month
• Associate Manager (Finance & Accounts): Rs. 70000 – 200000/- per month
• Associate Manager (Materials): Rs. 70000 – 200000/- per month
• Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: Rs. 90000 – 240000/- per month
• Chief Aviation Security Officer: Rs. 90000 – 240000/- per month

Age Limit

• Associate Manager (Finance & Accounts): 45 years
• Associate Manager (Materials): 45 years
• Dy. Chief of Flight Safety: 55 years
