Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University Recruitment 2021 Notification: Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University has released the Recruitment Notification for the Post of ERP Coordinator on 18 August 2021 in Gandhinagar. Candidates Who wants to apply for Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University ERP Coordinator Vacancies, apply on or before 05 September 2021

1. Position: ERP Coordinator

2. Qualification: Relevant Master’s Degree with a minimum of 60%.

3. Experience: 2-3 years in TCSiON administration and functional support in education domain is preferred.

4. The Job Role broadly covers the following:

(i) To monitor the timely entry of data by all users in TCSiON-ERP system

(ii) To ensure accuracy of the data getting updated in TCSiON

(iii) To improvise the TCSiON-ERP processes for better and easy analysis of the data.

(iv) Coordinate with ERP end users and help them to sort their transactions wherever needed.

(v) Provide TCSiON module wise training to users as and when required

(vi) Co-ordination with ERP vendor for new development and issues in the current system

(vii) Administration and Managing User access management in the system.

(viii) Functional testing of the SOP after development

(ix) Providing functional support in Production module as and when required

(x) Master creation, Management and Administration of modules with in TCSiON.

(xi) Administration and User management

(xii) Functional knowledge in Examination, HRMS, Purchase, Inventory, Finance and Accounts
