2-4 Years of Experience
Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities and network, prior database of OPT candidates for IT Training.
Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for W-2 Hiring.
Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation/FTE benefits for the consultants.
Experience and good understanding of IT industry & should understand the hot IT skills in the US market.
Proven OPT/CPT/H1 Hiring & H1B transfer experience in a corporate environment.
Experience in recruiting OPT/H1/GC/US Citizen hiring with effective and efficient hands-on experience with various job boards and portals .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before on-boarding them to bench.
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
