Open position for both Male and FemaleRole: Underwriter US Mortgage Open Positions: - 2Experience: - 1- 3 years Minimum Qualification: GraduateSalary: Best in IndustryJob Location: Viman Nagar PuneNo Pickup and DropSaturday & Sunday fixed off.Shift timing €“ 6 pm IST €“ 3 am IST Job Description:-Competent with MS office knowledge.Knowledge of Loan Origination Cycle- Loan Application, Processing, Loan Processing, Underwriting, Closing.Should Be Well versed with End to End Mortgage Loan Processing Cycle.Knowledge of Different Type of loans FHA, VA, Conventional and its Functioning.Knowledge of different types of mortgage and its functioning and knowledge of functions of Title companies.Residential mortgage under writing experience with Pre-underwriting, Post-underwriting condition clearing experience. Should have knowledge of critical closing documents.Should be able to understand the various laws in different parts of US related to mortgage.Residential mortgage under writing experience with loan origination Fore Closure etc.Experience in analysing 5 Cs (Credit, Capacity, Character, Collateral and Cash Flow) which includes Loan/Mortgage Origination, Prior to funding approval, Underwriting, Post-Closing.Knowledge of analysis and reading credit report, title document, income calculation etc.In-Depth Knowledge of Income Calculations, Depth to Income, tax Returns, Reading credit Reports, Identifying Red Flags.Should be able to underwrite the loans using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.Must have hands on experience with Encompass/ Calyx Point or similar LOS.Basic knowledge of income calculations, DEBT to income ratio, tax returns, reading credit reports, identifying red flags, income calculations for self-employed, rental income calc etc. Strong analytic, verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong ability to time manage.Job Location: - Office No-202-A, Town Square Shopping Centre, New Airport Road, Viman Nagar, Pune-411014Contact person: - MeghaContact no: - 8605865574
