2. The desired skill sets for various expertise are as following

3. Discipline: Geologist

4. Area of Expertise and Experience Requirement

i. Exploration Geology:

10 years of specialized experience in full-cycle exploration work flow, Seismic interpretation, prospect generation, Risk and Uncertainty Analysis, Volumetric evaluation and Post Drilling Appraisal. Guiding exploration teams in G&G projects, both at prospect level and regional level; Proficiency in utilizing industry standard seismic interpretation softwares e.g. Petrel, Kingdom suite, Decision Space, Geoframe etc.

ii. Basin Analysis & PSM: At least 10 years of specialized experience in Basin Analysis, PSM modelling, geochemical data analysis Guiding teams in overall Basin Analysis, Play fairway analysis and regional geological analysis. Proficiency in using software related to Petroleum System Modelling

iii. Operation Geology: At least 10 years of specialized experience in supervising operation geology and well planning activities.Specialized experience in geo-mechanical studies and well planning
 
iv. Development Geology & Reserve Estimation: At least 10 years of specialized experience in Development Geology, Reserve Estimation with thorough knowledge on Petroleum Resource Management System (PRMS) Guidelines, preparation of Field Development Plans (FDP) etc.

v. Palaeontology: At least 10 years of specialized experience in micropaleontology, biostratigraphy and paleoenvironmental analysis.

vi. Sedimentology: At least 10 years of specialized experience in analysis of cores, surface samples and drillcuttings for assessing reservoir characteristics and paleo-environmental analysis.

vii. Sequence Stratigraphy: At least 5 years of specialized experience (out of total experience) in sequence stratigraphy studies.

viii. Technoeconomic Evaluation: 

specialized experience in techno-economic assessment of exploration prospects, blocks, producing fields, bidding strategies, farm-in / farm-out opportunities under different fiscal models. Proficiency in handling Cost estimation, economic evaluation industry standard software packages. Experience in preparation of Appraisal Plans, DOC / FDP.

5. Discipline: Geologist / Geophysicist

i. Field Geology: 10 years of specialized experience (out of total experience) in Surface Geological fieldwork Sound knowledge about hydrocarbon exploration processes

ii. Unconventional: At least 10 years of specialized experience (out of total experience) in assessment of Coal Bed Methane(CBM) and / or Shale Gas/Oil prospectivity assessment and operations

iii. Petrophysics: Minimum 20 years of experience in analyzing various electrologs including production logs. Experience in analyzing logs, by hand or by programmable calculator Proficiency in processing logs in various platforms and carrying out Comprehensive formation evaluation
 
iv. Remote Sensing & GIS: At least 10 years of specialized experience in Remote sensing and GIS technology Proficiency in handling of standard image processing and GIS software, e.g. ERDAS, ENVI, GAMMA, ArcGIS etc and experience in integrating remote sensing data with other geoscientific data in GIS to derive a workable model.

6. Discipline: Geophysicist

i. Acquisition: Minimum 15 years of experience in one or more of the following areas with specific expertise in Seismic Survey design, Quality control, acquisition and supervision: a) Onshore: Foreland / Shelf / Conventional areas b) Onshore: Fold / Thrust Belt areas c) Offshore

ii. Processing:

Minimum 15 years of experience in processing of Seismic data (both 2D & 3D and onshore & offshore) in time and depth domain Should possess proficiency in industry standard processing software platforms. Should have guided processing teams Experience in processing of data from various areas like conventional onshore, Fold belt, Desert, transition & offshore areas need to be mentioned clearly

iii. Exploration Geophysics:

15 years of experience in full-cycle exploration work flow, Seismic interpretation, prospect generation, post-drilling appraisal and geological risk analysis Experience in Seismic sequence stratigraphy studies. Experience in Gravity/Magnetic /Airborne Gravity Gradiometry or in Passive Seismic Studies/Passive seismic monitoring (a) Experience in Pore pressure Analysis, Fracture Gradient & geo-mechanical studies and well planning

iv. Reservoir Geophysics: Minimum 5 years of experience in various aspects of Reservoir Geophysics viz. Rock Physics Modelling, Seismic Inversion. Facies classification, Fluid modelling etc. (b) Experience in building static Geocellular models and proficiency in handling various industry standard software needs to be mentioned clearly

7. Discipline: Reservoir Engineer

i. Reservoir Management: Minimum 15 years of experience with ability to do Classical Reservoir Engineering analysis and preparation of Field development plan Experience in dynamic reservoir modelling work flow, run different prediction scenarios based on simulation and proficiency in handling various industry standard software needs to be mentioned clearly

ii. Reserves Estimation: Minimum 5 years of experience in Reserve Estimation with Petroleum Resource Management System (PRMS) Guidelines. Experience in Decline Curve Analysis and Diagnostic Methods for Production Performance Forecasting

iii. Techno – Economic Evaluation: Minimum 10 years of experience in technoeconomic assessment of producing fields, farmin / farm-out opportunities of oil & gas assets under different fiscal models. Proficiency in handling various industry standard software needs to be mentioned clearly

8. Discipline: Reservoir Engineer / Chemist:

i. PVT Lab Studies: Minimum 10 years experience in reservoir fluids sampling , Design & Execution of PVT experiments for different reservoir fluids like black oil, gas condensate, dry gas, wet gas etc. ï‚· Experience in handling relevant PVT simulation software for fluid characterization, modelling (Equation of State),and interpretation of various PVT parameters & generate comprehensive PVT report. Experience in PVT analysis for EOR studies will be preferred.

ii. Core Lab Studies:

Design & execution of core flooding experiments to obtain water/oil, gas/oil relative permeability and other experiments like capillary pressure measurement, resistivity measurement etc. Experience in handling relevant software, interpretation of various parameters & generate comprehensive core analysis report. Experience in core flooding experiments pertaining to EOR studies will be preferred.

9. Discipline: Mechanical Engineer

i. Engineering Services: Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure & facilities creation for Production setup of wells in Offshore Oil & gas field.

7. Travel, local conveyance, board & lodging will be arranged by the Company as per entitlements of regular executives of their status on OIL. No expenditure on residential office and communication facilities will be borne by OIL.

8. The honorarium that will be provided to Domain Experts on call duty is as under: Levels (Illustrative Designation) and Honorarium:

i. Director One level below Board-EDs: Rs.10,000/- per day
ii. Two levels below Board CGM/GGM/GMs Professor or equivalent: Rs.9,000/- per day
iii. Three levels below Board GMs Associate Professors or equivalent: Rs.9,000/- per day
iv. Four levels below Board DGMs Assistant professor or equivalent: Rs.8,000/- per day

9. Period of Empanelment: 2(two) years
