MT (HRD) / 07(W:2) Posts

Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma of Two years(Full time) duration in personnel Management/ Industrial Relations & welfare/ HRD/ HRM/ PM & IR/ MBA with specialisation in HRD or Personnel Management from recognised institute of repute with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. However, for SC/ST/PWD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.

MT (Legal) / 01 Post

Qualification: Full time Degree in Bachelor of Law from recognized University/Institution, with a minimum of 50 % in aggregate marks for all candidates.

MT (PR) / 01Post

Qualification: Full time Degree with two years PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass communication from recognized University/Institution, with a minimum of 60 % in aggregate marks for all candidates. However, for SC/ST/PWD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.

MT (Secretarial) / 01 Post

Qualification: Graduate with associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS)/ Fellow member of the ICSI (FC.S) & desirable additional qualification such as Degree in Law/ CA/ ICWA.

MT (Environment) / 01Post

Qualification: Degree in Environment Engg./ Management/ BSC in Environmental Science/ Degree in Civil engineering with Degree/ Diploma in Environmental Science or BSC with PG Diploma (02 years) in Environmental science, with a minimum of 60% in aggregate. However, for SC/ST/PWD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.

Age: For DETs, a candidate must not be under 18 (Eighteen) years and not above 32 (Thirty Two) years of age as on 01.10.2018. For GETS/ MTs, a candidate must not be under 21(Twenty One) years and not above the age 32 (Thirty Two) years as on 01.10.2018.

Selection Procedure: i. Eligible candidates will be called for Computer Based Test Comprising 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) divided in two parts i.e. Part-1: 40 questions from General Aptitude- Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness etc. & Part-11: 80 questions from subject knowledge in the respective discipline. The candidates shall secure 01 mark for each correct answer & there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The duration of the CBT will be 02 hours.

ii. Candidates qualifying in the written test (CBT) shall be called for the Personal Interview at Bhubaneswar.


iii. The merit list will be drawn purely on the basis of performance in the CBT and Personal Interview.

Centre of Examination: i. The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be held at Bhubaneswar. However depending on the number of applicants OHPC may add other cities of Odisha. ii. The request for change of centre shall not be entertained.

Application Fee And Mode of Payment (NON-REFOUNDABLE) : i. UR, SEBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 750/- only. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) of Odisha only, PWD candidates are exempted from application fee.

Candidates shall be required to make the payment of fees while filled up online application either in on-line mode or in off-line mode. For on-line payment mode through State Bank Collect (Through Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking).
