JRF Mechanical job in National Institute of Technology (NIT) Andhra Pradesh
Project titled “Analytical modeling of laser assisted turning and milling processes”
Qualification requirements for Junior Research Fellow (JRF):B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Metallurgical/Materials/Metallurgical & Materials Engineering (with the knowledge of finite element analysis of machining processes) with minimum 60% aggregate marks (CGPA ≥ 6.5/10) with GATE qualification. OR
Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials/Metallurgical & Materials Engineering with valid GATE score and at least CGPA of 8.0/10 or 75% of marks.
Note: For candidates with M. Tech. with GATE score, there is a possibility to register for Ph.D. in NIT Andhra Pradesh under the guidance of Principle Investigator (PI).
The fellowship is as followed: For JRF: at the rate of Rs.25,000/- per month during 1st and 2nd years and Rs.28,000/- for the 3rd year. House Rent Allowance (HRA) at the rate of 20%.
