National Institute of Smart Governance invites applications for recruitment to the post of Graphic and User Experience Designer. National Institute of Smart Governance is giving a good opportunity for the candidates who have done their graduation from a recognized institute. Candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of interview and experience.

• Gather and evaluate user requirements
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Should have working knowledge on Graphic design, Animation, user research, Visual Narration including
• UI/ UX and wire-frames of mobile applications.
•  Should have expertise on design software like Adobe creative suite, Illustrator, sketchbook pro, Photoshop etc.
• Preferable experience in creating products that are user-friendly and effective for end-to-end delivery including delivering highly available services, excellent problem solving and system design skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in Target-Oriented delivery framework and collaborating with stakeholders on architecture, design/user experience.

• Graduation degree as Bachelor of Design (B.Des), or relevant field.
