Educational Qualifications:
Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
B.Sc. Degree Nursing by any recognized Institute approved by Nursing council of the state / Government of India.
Registration from U.P. State Nursing Council at the time of Online submission of applicant.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates shall apply through online mode only @ NHM Official website in English only from 21st October 2021. The Candidates should enter their Name, Father’s Name and Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation certificate only. The on-line registration process involves 02 (two) steps for successful filling up of the application form. The last date for registration of online applications is 10/11/2021 at 11:00 AM.
