2. Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.
3. Responsible for handling Recruitment & Talent management inclusive of client co-ordination, client meetings and service delivery. Being the single point of contact (SPOC) for allocated clients and continuously nurture the client to generate additional assignments.
4. Searching, creating and managing candidate Database according to client's requirements. Helping client for proper need assessment of the required roles.
