Title Searcher must be an expert in online searches using public websites. such as Netronline and other title plants such as Tapestry, Data Trace, Title Point, Landex, Title Point, TIMS.

Research respective title plant software, analyze and evaluate pertinent record documents for determination of ownership, legal descriptions, and any connection to title.

Prepare an accurate and compressive title commitment in accordance with company/clients examination and policy.

2- Title Wholesale examiner who is keen to learn and who has extensive experience in US Title Examining for full search process. The position requires the examiner to review title documents, assess the open liens/judgment and other liabilities that may affect the title to the property.


Roles & Responsibilities

Wholesale Exceptions Review is a Process which Has 4 sub process Called mini-c, Table funding, Mini-C Purchase and Table funding Purchase

The candidate will check for Commitment and tax cert and will update accordingly in Lakewood Likewise in Table funding we will check for Six title Doc like Title Commitment , Closing protection Letter ( CPL ) , Title E&O , Tax certificate, Wiring Instruction ,Preliminary Fee / CD

Reviewing all this documents and will update accordingly in Lakewood and for this process CTC ( Cler to Close is not require ) is not Required and you will check if you have any lien , Judgments , Subordination, vesting issue and take Action

Accordingly by sending out an mail to Customer Advocate, corresponding lender , loan officer and clear the title once the issue is resolved .
