SHIFT :- US Rotational.
Location :- Gurgoan
Working knowledge of LAN / WAN /Basic Troubling Shooting and Technical Issues.
2 Yr to 8 years of experience in Technical Support / Voice Process.
Should be open to work in Night shifts.
Experience required : Remote Support and POINT OF SALES / POS technology. Having Knowledge / Experience on Infrastructure (Windows Troubleshooting) is an added advantage
Expectations from the candidate : Excellent communication skills and Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts which includes night shifts as well
Candidate should be flexible to take up complete voice process as the role demands the same
