Key Responsibility: Conceive, Develop and Implement IT products and solutions which are relevant for Outbound Contact Centre. Products and solutions must help deliver seamless employee and customer experience in selling and consuming financial services products
1. Recruit , Train and Manage team of 800 strong Tele-callers that would engage with existing and new to bank customers for sale of persoanl loan products across seven citis of India
2. Recruit and onboard team of Unit Managers and Regional Sales Managers to manage the operations of various units on day to day basis.
3. Work with the Business team on finalisation of business numbers , manpower, productivity , database etc
4. Define and execute recrutiment, training and development and incentive strategy across various levels
5. Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team without compromising regulatory and internal policy requirement. Analyze business numbers on daily basis to identify opportunities and GAPS for corrective actions
1. Determine business requirement for IT system in OCC
2. Ensure strategic capacity planning
3. Understand and analyse existing technology to find relevance in current and future scenario and also predict redundance in future.
4. Work with business team on finalisation of technology requiremnt
5. Identify and recommend new technology solutions for OCC
6. Direct and support implementation of new softaware and hardware
7.Communciate with technology team and other departments as collaboration requires
8. Coordinate IT activities to ensure data availability and network services with as little downtime as necessary
9. Work very closely with stakeholders to obtain sopport and guidance
10. Closely monitor cost and outcome. Take corrective actions to keep cost under control
11.Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilites with strategic solutions that increases data security
12. Ensure IT compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy
