Subject :- Filling up of one faculty post of Deputy Director (Vigilance Course) on deputation basis in the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management, New Delhi -

Applications are invited for filling up of one (01) faculty post of Deputy Director
(Vigilance Course) by appointment on deputation basis in the Level-11 (Rs. 67700-
208700) of the pay matrix (pre-revised PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100/- G.P Rs. 6600/-) from amongst suitable and eligible officers working under Central Government.
2. The officer selected shall be entitled to 'training allowance' on her/his basic pay drawn at such rate as may be determined by the Government of India from time to time.
3. Details of the eligibility conditions for appointment to the vacant posts in ISTM and the prescribed Proforma in which applications can be sent may be downloaded from this Department's website: www.persmin.nic.in as well as from the ISTM website: www.istm.nic.in.
4. Applications of only such officers/candidates will be considered which are routed through proper channel and are accompanied by (i) Bio-data (in quadruplicate) in the proforma given in Annexure-ll and (ii) Cadre Clearance.
5. The applications of suitable and eligible officers who can be spared immediately in the event of selection may be sent to Smt. The mandate of the Institute is to impart training to officers of Central Secretariat Service (CSS), Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS) and officers of other organised/subsidiary services functioning in the Central Secretariat. CSS officers form the backbone of the Central Government Ministries/Departments and normally hold various positions up to the level of Joint Secretaries. The key responsibilities of the CSS officers include policy formulation, execution, monitoring and review.
