International (Non Voice)
Job Location: Ahmedabad - India
Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Non-Voice)
Job Description:
Provide chat and e-mail support to our international clients.
Competency Requirements:
€ Should have excellent communication skills in English (Written)
€ Prior Experience in providing email and web based chat support to the international clientele will be preferred but not mandate.
€ Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment (5 Days a Week Working Process)
Work Experience: Fresher€™s / experienced candidates preferred
Job Qualification:
€ College degree or undergraduate.
€ Basic knowledge of computers and Internet
Compensation Package and Benefits:
€ 17.5 CTC TO 21 CTC (Depends on Experience) +
Night AllowanceOutstation Allowance
€ Transportation Services provided only in N/S hours with in Ahmedabad location
Chat Support JD:
Chat support to the customer. Web search, make entry and processing the data. To update
the products related data and price on the website. Take care of customer online orders &
and make the billing through Paypal. Take care of customer and client Emails. Receive call
and dial for the verification of customer details. Prepare and send the report. Handle the
Team members. Friendly with software€™s like:-Volusion, godatafeed, paypal etc
Respond to online chat and email inquiries, work on escalated cases, providing quality
service to customers and associates inquiring about the availability of products or status
of orders.
Listen attentively to customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience.
Access electronic and paper cataloging systems to look up product information and
availability.
Help co-workers to reach their target by mentoring them.
Strive for quick complaint resolution; commended by supervisor for the ability to resolve
problems on the first chat/email and avoid escalation of issues.
Excel within a service-oriented company, demonstrating a talent for communicating
effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
Worked in chat process for Norton Antivirus.
Assisting the customers by remote access
Finding exact problem and providing solution on time which involves software
download,expiry,refunding double recharge etc.,
Escalating unsolved issues to next level.
