About The Role :
We're looking for a Program Manager to work with cross-functional stakeholders and our internal engineering teams to continually improve Uber's Corporate Identity & Access Management platform.
CorpIAM is one of Uber's most important assets. Our team uses pioneering technology coupled with Uber's own world-class infrastructure and services to create & maintain tools. Our internal products help Uber with user Access life cycle management, SSO, MFA, PAM/Secrets management, PKI, and Identity Governance. - Plan, organize, and lead all phases of the project life cycle to ensure successful delivery, which includes developing and managing project plans, schedules, team goals, and defining success criteria and breakthroughs.
- Manage roll-out and testing of new features
- Build and track core business metrics for product effectiveness at Uber
- Maintain regular communications with key stakeholders across the org
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned on key objectives for your product
- Develop an end-to-end rollout plan for major improvements, project-manage launches
- Work closely with an international Engineering team on the short-term deliverables
- Support our products, including triage, self-solving where possible, and escalation
- Determine root causes of common issues and define strategic solutions
- Ensure the quality of our user-facing deliverables by conducting acceptance testing
- Maintaining a high bar for ticket quality, by enforcing standards for acceptance criteria, reproducibility steps and ensuring all information is ready for it to be worked
- Look for ways to scale your impact through automation and preventative measures
- Provide a feedback loop to engineering and product on how to ensure we are writing quality tickets and delivering quality products
- Look for and suggest opportunities to improve product stability, processes, and general team efficiency.

- Able to lead and execute Sprint planning, grooming, and retro for the team.
