Job Details

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.

2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.

4. Assisting with employee relations tasks, such as managing employee inquiries and conducting exit interviews.
