1. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to the recruitment process, including metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.

2. Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key recruitment metrics and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.

3. Process Improvement: Identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process and make data-driven recommendations.

4. System Management: Manage and ensure the accuracy of data in the applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HRIS systems.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and HR partners to develop data models and support recruitment strategies.

6. Compliance: Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
