Age Limit:

Unreserved: 18 to 40 years
OBC / MOBC: 18 to 43 years
SC / ST: 18 to 45 years

Pay Scales:

LDA: ₹ 14000 - 60500 with Grade Pay ₹ 6200 and other allowances admissible as per Rules
Copyist: ₹ 14000 - 60500 with Grade Pay ₹ 6200 and other allowances admissible as per Rules

Stenographer Grade II: ₹ 2200 - 97000 plus other allowances applicable as per rules
Stenographer Grade III: ₹ 14000 - 60500 + GP ₹ 7400/- plus other allowances applicable as per rules
Computer Assistants: PB-2 ₹ 14000 - 60500/- and Grade Pay ₹ 6200/- plus other allowances applicable as per rules

Technical Assistant: PB-2 ₹ 14000 - 60500/- and Grade Pay ₹ 8700/- plus other allowances applicable as per rules

Educational Qualifications:

LDA / Copyist: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) in any stream. He/ She must possess a certificate of computer knowledge of minimum 03 months duration. Knowledge of the Official Language of the state of Assam (assamese).

Stenographer Grade II: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree). Diploma / certificate in Stenography / shorthand. Knowledge of the Official Language of the state of Assam (assamese). The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.

Stenographer Grade III: High Secondary examination (Matric with 12th class Pass).  Diploma / certificate in Stenography / shorthand. Knowledge of the Official Language of the state of Assam (assamese). The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.

Computer Assistants: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Diploma certificate in computer operation. The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.

Technical Assistant: Degree in Computer Application (BCA) or B.Sc. degree with 01 year post graduate diploma in computer science / application. Minimum 02 years relevant experience. The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.
