Job Description :
Set up access for HR professionals to match their area of responsibility.
Check if the right reports are visible to the relevant population.
Handle excel based population – prepare the excel tool, create cuts, consolidate data from various sources.
Deal with queries from HRS/LMs/EEs coming in via enable tickets/child tickets.
Support 89 countries from different regions and liaise with both client global team and internal country teams to gather information.
Follow timeline and ensure notifications are sent to relevant audience on scheduled dates.
